Oc Sailor Earth Art Evolution

I came up with this OC a long long LONG time ago. She was my first OC ever.

Some people told me later that she looked like sailor galaxia which is just a huge coincidence. I didn't have the internet until 1999, and it was only at school in the computer lab. The only way I saw sailor moon was on TV(US). Her look is actually based off of roman solders and Mamoru's royal outfit.
Anyway. I like to post these every now and then to help uplift those who feel less than perfect. Art is not something you're born with. No one is born an artist. You learn as time goes. It takes lots of practice and hard work. There were several points in my life I went years without drawing and would have to retrain my brain. Luckly it's like riding a bike. Once you get back on, you quickly pick it up again.
